What can I expect from the Airotic Soirée?

A sensual circus-style show combining world-class acrobatics, jaw dropping acts, and burlesque performance. Cocktails available before, during and after the show!

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Viva’s Lounge: 1350 Manufacturing St #120, Dallas, TX 75207

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The show will be held in an indoor venue, with assigned seating

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Beverages will be available on site for purchase. There is no food available. No outside food or beverages are permitted onsite

How long does the experience last?

The complete experience is 2 hours, which includes a cocktail hour, accompanied by music, ambience and delectable drinks! A Pre-Show atmosphere experience with mini-immersive pop-up performances and photos ops! Followed by “AirOtic Soirée” The main stage show!

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Doors will open 60 minutes before the show, the time listed when selecting your tickets, is the “Doors open” time. To enjoy the full experience we recommend arriving early, enjoy the cocktail hour with drinks available for purchase on site and pre-show pop-ups! This will allow plenty of time to sip, mingle and get comfortable for the main stage production!

What happens if I arrive late?

Entry will still be permitted, but no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

21+ with a valid ID.

Is there parking available?

There is metered street parking available, and well as various parking lots, all within walking distance. We highly recommend using ride-share apps or arriving early as parking fills up quickly.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes; however this event tends to sell out quickly! We recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee your ticket, as door tickets are sold on a “ﬁrst come ﬁrst served” basis with no guarantee of availability.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, change of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such cases, please contact us indicating your ticket ID, those matters will not be solved onsite. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the ofﬁcial sellers for this experience?

Ofﬁcial tickets for Airotic Soirée can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
