A sensual circus-style show combining world-class acrobatics and burlesque. Join the cast for cocktails after the show!

The event will take place at The Great Star Theater in Chinatown.

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The event will last 1 hour and 30 minutes, doors open 30 minutes before (where you’ll enjoy a pre-cocktail party) and you can stay for drinks with the cast after the show at the afterparty!

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes, the show is mainly a visual experience.

Is the event accessible for those with disability needs?

The Great Star Theater follows all San Francisco local restrictions. At the moment the city does not require maks or vaccine checks.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Doors open 1 hour before the show. We recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the show starting.

What happens if I arrive late?

Entry will still be permitted.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

We are located in San Francisco Chinatown on Jackson St, between Kearny St and Grant St. Grant is the main Chinatown street famous for its many tourist shops and the beautiful Dragon Gate.
We are conveniently located a short walk from Market St's Montgomery St Bart/Muni station and halfway between the financial district and the Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf tourist district. We are in the heart of Chinatown with its nonstop food and culture, and only a few blocks from the ritzy nightlife of North Beach (Little Italy).Our address is: 636 Jackson St. San Francisco, CA 94133. We recommend parking at the nearby Portsmouth Square parking garage, which has a special evening rate of only $8 when you park after 5pm!

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
On the Fever website.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the ofﬁcial sellers for this experience?

Ofﬁcial tickets for Airotic Soirée can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to let us know your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't ﬁnd my ticket. What can I do?

You can ﬁnd your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don`t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot ﬁnd your ticket, please contact us.
