Beverages will be available on site for purchase. There is no food available. No outside food or beverages are permitted onsite.

Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
While the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the performance by observing and enjoying it.
Tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, change of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such cases, please contact us directly indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets and seats are purchased for specific show dates and are not interchangeable. If you do not attend the specific show date and time, you will not receive a refund or be able to use that ticket for another show date. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Access
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Doors open 1 hour before the show. We recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the show starting.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Is there parking available?
We are located in San Francisco Chinatown on Jackson St, between Kearny St and Grant St. Grant is the main Chinatown street famous for its many tourist shops and the beautiful Dragon Gate. We are conveniently located a short walk from Market St's Montgomery St Bart/Muni station and halfway between the financial district and the Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf tourist district. We are in the heart of Chinatown with its nonstop food and culture, and only a few blocks from the ritzy nightlife of North Beach (Little Italy).Our address is: 636 Jackson St. San Francisco, CA 94133. Google Maps directions here. We recommend parking at the nearby Portsmouth Square parking garage, which has a special evening rate of only $8 when you park after 5pm!
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This experience is mostly seated — guests with seated tickets will have assigned seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.

Is there an age requirement?
